Enhance your vision with simple exercises

Eyes are known to be center attraction of your face. If you are blessed with beautiful eyes then half of your work would be done as it makes you look stunning. If you are having poor eyesight then it may result in some other issues as well. Now, you will be thinking that you need to rush to doctor but why don’t you can try something different means you should give try to natural eye drop as are helpful to deal with eye issues. Even following mentioned are some of the eye exercises to improve vision.


Spraying:- You need to try this simple exercise first thing in morning and also try that last thing at night before going to bed. For that you need to take a cup of lukewarm water and spray your eyes with that. You can also use room temperature water too. This practice will help to clean any kind of debris or other matters in your eyes and also removes any kind of blurry vision as well.

Take Break:- It is one of the most famous eye workouts which would help to enhance your vision. You would have guessed the workout with the name. Exactly, you need to take small break from work. For those minutes you have to wind up all your work and relax for few seconds. Now, try to focus over something else during that time. This exercises would give relax not only to your eyes but also your mind. After 15 minutes you can back to your work with a bang.

Try Palming:- Palming is a technique which is usually used for giving relax to your eyes. So, when you feel that your eyes are much tired you have to try the technique. To start the technique, you have to take both of your fingers. Make a cup with them. Now, place them on both of your eyes. Keep that in a way that no light would stands out through. After keeping the fingers away from your eyes for some seconds there would be complete blackout and you would not be able to see anything but then you would feel big relax at eyes.

Squeeze your Eyes:
- In case, your eyes are sensation tired or feeling dryness then you can try natural eye drop or you can also give try to squeeze method too. Close both of your eyes and try to squeeze them for 5 seconds. Give 5 repeats to this one of easiest eye exercises to improve vision. It would also moisturize the eyes.
